перИнгредиенты:

1 кг картофеля (очистить и нарезать крупными дольками)

2 зубчика чеснока

6 болгарских перцев (с каждого срезать верхушку на 1 см, разрезать пополам вдоль, удалить семена и крупные волокна)

3/4 чашки соевого молока

1/3 чашки измельченного зеленого лука (понадобятся и перо, и луковица)

1 чашка свежих или замороженных кукурузных зерен (предварительно разморозить)

Соль

Свежемолотый черный перец

Способ приготовления:

Заранее разогрейте духовку до 180 °С.

Поместите картофель и чеснок в сотейник и налейте воды, так чтобы она полностью покрывала их. Доведите до кипения, а затем готовьте, не накрывая крышкой, пока овощи не станут мягкими — около 10 минут .

В небольшую кастрюлю налейте воды (ее слой должен составить примерно 2,5 см) и установите контейнер для варки на пару. Выложите туда половинки перцев, накройте крышкой и варите на пару, пока они не станут мягкими — примерно 10 минут. Перенесите перцы разрезанной стороной вверх на противень с антипригарным покрытием.
